Api biar perlahan, biar sambal merenih. Perasakan dengan garam dan serbuk perasa, masukkan 2 sudu besar gula pasir. Masukkan susu cair Dan kacau lagi hingga mendidih. Angkat dan tapis, masukkan gula pasir anggaran 4 atau 5 sudu (jangan manis sangat, lebih sedap kalau sederhana manis jer). Ini yang paling mudah supaya adunan tidak bergentel. Kemudian gunakan senduk dan kacau adunan tepung supaya sebati. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Panaskan acuan kuih bakar/ loyang dalam oven dan bila telah panas keluarkan dan letakkan 1 sudu besar mentega dalam acuan Kuih Bakar dan jika gunakan loyang mentega lebihkan (ini yang buat tepi Kuih Bakar garing dan baunya harum. Jika guna acuan dan keluarkan kuih boleh terus letak mentega pusing-pusing sikit kasi cair (sebab acuan panas) dan boleh tuang adunan tepung.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Kemudian bakar pada suhu 200 darjah C selama 45 - 60 minit (resipi ini dapat menghasilkan 7 keping kuih bakar pecah 8). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PENTING&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Jika menggunakan loyang sila tambahkan 1/4 cawan tepung kepada resipi diatas, jika tidak kuih agak terlalu lembut untuk dipotong. Kalau guna acuan kuih bakar pecah 8 boleh gunakan resipi seperti diatas. Jika menggunakan loyang, selepas selesai bakar, hendaklah sejukkan kuih terlebih dahulu sebelum keluarkannya dari loyang. Kalau guna acuan kuih bakar, selepas bakar boleh terus keluarkan kuih dari acuan. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Untuk Kuih Bakar tahan lama, masak air sehingga mendidih dan masukkan kelapa parut. Bila menggunakan santan yang telah dimasak, kuih bakar lebih tahan lama, tidak cepat bertali, ini petua dari bonda. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Isi durian digantikan untuk menghasilkan Kuih Bakar seperti berikut:-&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Kuih Bakar Nangka: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Gantikan isi durian dengan 1 ulas isi nangka (besar) atau 2 ulas isi nangka (kecil). Blender isi nangka bersama adunan tepung dan kacau sebati. Selepas tuang adunan tepung atasnya boleh hias dengan hirisan nangka dan dibakar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Kuih Bakar Cempedak: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Gunakan 3 ulas isi cempedak dan blender bersama adunan tepung dan kacau sebati. Masukkan gula ising, gaul rata dan sebati. Masukkan serbuk badam, perlahan-lahan masukkan tepung gandum sedikit demi sedikit hingga anggaran menjadi doh yang boleh dicanai. Canaikan (kalau nak senang, gunakan plastik). Terapkan guna acuan, kalau boleh acuan tersebut biar jenis simple.. kerana doh ini agak melekit dan penggunaan acuan simple berbentuk bulat, empat segi lebih mudah.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Aturkan dalam dulang dan dibakar pada suhu 175 darjah celcius selama 15 minit. Adunan kek dituangkan sehingga separuh ketinggian loyang untuk memberikan ia ruang untuk naik dengan cantik.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Boleh campurkan gula 1/2 cup gula halus + 1/2 brown sugar pun sedap. Warna kek akan jadi lebih gelap disebabkan oleh brown sugar tersebut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Boleh guna topping kek coklat sebagai topping kek ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Bila adunan lapisan bawah sudah masak, cakarkan sikit dan tuangkan perlahan-lahan adunan lapisan atas. Kukuskan selama 20 minit. Masukkan semua bahan kecuali kacang hijau dan kacau rata. Tapiskan, dan masukkan kacang hijau yang dimesin dan kacau rata. Ambil telur (kuning dan putih), campurkan garam, essen vanilla dan pewarna kuning.. pukul sedikit (4.. 5.. kali kacau jer.. tak perlu sampai kembang.. just nak satukan esen, garam dan pewarna jer). Masukkan telur kedalam tepung tadi dan uli lagi hingga sebati.. dan doh menjadi lembut. Ambil jem nenas, ambil doh (besar sedikit dari jem nenas tadi).. masukkan jem ke dalam doh (seperti buat kuih onde-onde).. bentukkan lonjong sikit dan bolehlah digunting (sepit) menjadi bentuk nenas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bakar pada suhu 170 darjah celcius selama 40 minit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kalau betul--betul ikut resepi ni.. mesti menjadi. Pukul telur dalam mangkuk yang lain sehingga kembang dan gebu. Campurkan adunan telur kedalam adunan susu &amp;amp; butter. Masukkan tepung dan gula hangus berselang seli. Kacau rata. Masukkan dalam acuan yg telah dilumurkan dengan majerin dan ditaburi tepung.
